Shop Policies

Shipping:

I ship via USPS and UPS—delivery normally takes 3-7 days; however, delays may occur depending on the weather and season.

Returns:

  • Personalized items are final sale.

  • Damage window: contact within 3 days of delivery.

  • Send photos of the item, all sides of the box with the label visible, and packing materials. Keep everything until the claim is closed.

  • I purchase shipping insurance and will file the claim on your behalf. If the insurer approves, I can replace the item or refund the item and shipping. If the claim is denied, replacement or refund isn’t available.

  • Proof available on request before printing; 1 free edit within 24 hours is included.
